When you respect yourself, your thoughts become clearer as you have got rid of unnecessary tension and upset. Take control of situations and express your desires clearly. And let someone know if they have crossed a boundary. Maintaining this safe space will allow you to make healthier choices moving forward and allow you to build a clearer connection with yourself too.
It’s also time to reflect on your relationship with your finances. You may be overspending and not making sound decisions when it comes to your finances. It’s time to change this with the help of someone or just make more sensible decisions. Like giving up that Netflix subscription until you feel like you are back on your feet. Look at rebuilding your finances rather than depleting them.
