11_WellnessIt is going to be much more of a spiritual month than the previous months. In many ancient scriptures, discipline and structure is emphasized to lead a spiritual life. However, this month you will be encouraged to do things out of the norm. Move in the direction of your calling. Do what comes naturally and not what requires plenty of effort. It is important that you pay more attention to yourself and your desires. Do what makes you happy. Ultimately if you aren’t happy with yourself you would never be able to keep anyone else around you happy. Take time to feed your soul. Take time to rest and heal and practice forgiveness. This won’t come overnight but you will need to make a start somewhere. In my opinion, it feels like a rather exciting month spiritually. Lots of new exciting adventures and opportunities seem to unfold. You might be overwhelmed by the entire experience. If at any time you do, go within to listen to your inner self and move towards the pull.

You are on the lookout for a new exercise or health plan. Something which you might have been practicing or keeping to diligently has led to disappointing results. Basically, it doesn’t feel like you have received what you were promised. You take matters into your own hands and tailor something which fits your lifestyle, budget and health needs. Again, like with any other plan. Patience is most required. Do not give up before you can give yourself to reap the benefits.

Your chosen life path though it makes you very happy may not appeal to everyone. In fact, some might be openly objecting to your chosen path. To appease others you might take up something new or tweak your current lifestyle. This juggling may end up being a little stressful at some point and you will need to make a decision as to which path to take in chasing your path to wellness.

The goal for the month is to achieve happiness for yourself. You have learned investing time and love in others hasn’t led you anywhere. It’s time to get down to basics and to teach yourself the art of happiness. And do this you are willing to go to unvisited territories. You can finally leave behind trying hard to please others and just be yourself. Very soon you will realise how peaceful and tranquil this can be. You will find yourself in a community which practises just the above and finally feel at home.
