August 2015 Wellness Tarot Forecast
The last month of summer and it kick starts with everyone feeling like their exercise and diet regimes have paid off very nicely. Well done indeed! It is going to be a rather busy month as we try to check off that task list very diligently. An urgency to deliver as much as possible coupled with not being able to do so may result in one being overly self-critical. So keep a watch on your emotional wellbeing for the month and keep activities which encourage anxiety levels to peak to a minimum. Balance and acknowledging current successes is your key.
A little me time is on the cards this month. Overloaded is the word to describe the recent months. Lots of hard work has been put in to move things forward in your career and/or business. A relaxing retreat to somewhere quiet and nice would be apt as a well-deserved recharge.
Itâs time to put an end to overburdening yourself with more than you can handle. A harmonious work life balance is needed to give your near and dear ones the luxury of your time. The realisation of the importance of relationships to achieve emotional well being takes priority.
Saying thank you to the ones that have inspired us and been there for us in times of need holds more importance that we think. It strengthens existing bonds which leads us to being happy emotional beings. This month take the time to express gratitude to the ones that mean the most.
Donât fix something if it isnât broke is the motto for the month. Keep going at a regime even if the results arenât apparent at this time. Understanding and listening to oneâs body is indeed a key element in finding the right fit. Fine tune as you go along rather than revamping an existing routine.
Traditional regimes arenât really your thing anymore. Try something quirky it might just do the trick. Challenge yourself and you might be pleasantly surprised.
Rushing isnât your cup of tea. Taking it nice and easy seems a viable option than overexerting yourself. Each move towards achieving your goal is thoroughly researched before it is put into action. The destination is clear but there is no hurry to get there as you take the time to internalise every moment in your journey.
Embarking on a sensible health plan is on the agenda for the month. Forget the expensive gym memberships and fancy diets instead a simple and basic approach to an exercise and diet plan is all you need. And take it at your own pace you shall! The intention is not to impress anyone but for your own well being.
Your wish for support and/or funding to improve your state of health or fitness has come around. You can now begin to embark on that plan knowing that you are on your way to a more positive state of well being. It is important that discipline is adhered to in order to not allow yourself to slip up in your progress.
Adopting more than one approach towards your wellness plan may see you losing your patience as results take their own time to surface. Jumping ship at this point is going to be an act of frustration which can only mean you need to start all over again. Hang in there as improvement is just round the corner.
For anything in life, itâs important that the foundation be solid in order to achieve results. Do not try to run before you have learnt how to walk properly. Get your basics right and you will be on your way to achieving your goals.
This month the spotlight is on your spiritual development. You will understand the meaning of to succumb to material pleasures may not be such a bad thing. In fact achieving a balance between enjoying material pleasures and forgoing them is indeed the appropriate approach. Otherwise, how will you ever understand the latter? Just like how will you learn to love if you have never experienced the emotion of hate?
Donât give up just yet. It is understandable to lose interest in something when there arenât results to talk about. You are actually really close to the peak. Give it all you got one last time and you will be pleasantly surprised with the change in situation.
